What is DesignEvo and how does it work?

DesignEvo is an online logo maker that enables you to create your own logo in minutes. You don’t need any professional design skill, and with a few clicks, you can create a professional looking logo.

All you need to do is select a template for quick customization or start from scratch by choosing an icon, inputting logo text, changing color, font, size, and then you can download your logo instantly. What devices and browsers does DesignEvo support?

DesignEvo is compatible with almost all modern browsers for Mac, Windows or Linux computers. To get a perfect performance, we recommend you to use it with Internet Explorer version 10.0 or higher, Firefox 10.0 or higher, Safari 7.0 or higher, or Google Chrome 14.0 or higher.

In addition, DesignEvo gives multi-device support and you can use it on your Mac, iOS and Android devices.

Do I have to create an account to use DesignEvo?

You can directly use DesignEvo without creating an account and still have access to the free features. However, you are required to create an account when you use certain premium features.

How do I sign up?

On the top right corner of the DesignEvo homepage, click the Sign Up button. In the pop-up window, you can choose to connect with Facebook or sign up using an email address.

You'll receive a confirmation email, please click on the link to confirm your account.

Why does my Facebook account fail to log in?

If your Facebook has been registered with a telephone number, you may not login to DesignEvo by connecting with Facebook. You can complete your email address information in your Facebook account settings and try again.

I can’t access my account. Can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking Forgot password link on the login window. Then enter the email address associated with your DesignEvo account and we will send you a link to reset your password.

In the email you received, click Reset my password link and then create a new password.

Does DesignEvo store any personal data?

No. We will never store or use your personal data without your direct consent. You can read our Privacy Policy here.

What if other users choose the same templates or icons as I have?

All the resources such as templates, icons, shapes, and symbols provided in DesignEvo can be accessed by all users. To make your logo unique and distinct, you can customize it by setting your favorite colors, adding your own company name and applying a unique font. Also, be sure to apply different styles and special effects that match your brand or business to make it distinctive.

What file formats and sizes will I be able to download?

We offer 3 pricing packages that include different file formats and sizes. You can learn more about our pricing details and features on the payment page.

How can I download my logo with a transparent background?

By purchasing a Basic or Plus package, you will automatically get a PNG image with a transparent background in the downloaded zip file.

Once you've downloaded your logo, you can use it on your website, shirt, stationery, business card, letterhead, social media, sign and more, with no limitations.

Does DesignEvo offer printing service?

No. Your logo is downloaded in print ready files so you can print it with your home printer directly or take it to your local printer to have a professional and high-quality result produced, without any problems.

You own the copyright of any logos that you have customized and purchased on our platform. You can use your final logo for any commercial or non-commercial use without additional permission.

However, you can’t copyright or trademark any unmodified templates, icons and other graphics that we have provided. And we don’t provide copyright and trademark services. If you want to place a trademark on your logo, you may need to consult your local copyright and trademark protection agencies.

What methods of payment does DesignEvo accept?

Currently, you can use PayPal and credit card for purchase. And we accept following credit cards:

Is my payment information secure?

We use secure socket layer (SSL) internet encryption technology to protect the security of your payment information. Your information is 100% secure!

Why my payment failed?

Your payment would fail for many reasons, and the most common reasons include:

  1. Credit card has expired.
  2. Payment rejected or delayed by your bank.
  3. Incorrect PayPal account.
  4. Insufficient balance of funds in your PayPal account.
 

Please check and update your payment information or just use a different card to proceed.

Can I download my logo immediately once I purchase?

Yes, you’re assured that you can download your logo once you’ve finished your purchase.

Is my purchase a one-time fee?

Yes! All of our packages are one-time charges for your current logo project, not applicable for the whole designs.

Can I re-edit my purchased logo?

Yes, you can make unlimited edits to your purchased logo anytime.

Where is my payment receipt?

Once you finish the payment successfully, you will receive a payment receipt in your mail. You can also check your payment details whenever under the Billing section of your account, where you will find the invoice details including billing date, type, and amount.

Can I request a refund?

Yes, we offer 7-day money back guarantee and you have 7 days from the date of purchase to request a refund.
